SHRINKAGE | COLOUR & GSM VARIATIONS
NOTE 1
We recommend pre-washing the fabric before making up your garments. Most (if not all) of our fabrics have between *2-10% shrinkage (especially the fabrics in their un-dyed/ ‘greige’ state). Please see last column on our price list to note the shrinkage % potential applicable to each fabric.
NOTE 2
There may be shade variations between dye lots. (ie. a fabric from one dye lot may be slightly different to the same fabric, dyed at another time). This is a perfectly normal occurrence when it comes to dyed fabrics. This applies to both conventionally and naturally dyed fabrics.
NOTE 3
The 100% Cotton INTERLOCK fabric weight (gsm) ranges between 180-200gsm, as stated on the fabric price list. There is very little difference between 180,190 & 200gsm, especially in an interlock fabric, and very few can tell the difference, however the swatch pack mentions the weight at 180gsm, so we feel it is our responsibility to share this info with you to avoid confusion or disappointment.
